eBay inventory import
Already on eBay? Bring your inventory in free.
Connect your eBay account and LotLifter finds your active listings. One button brings them in — your listings stay live and unchanged on eBay, and your SKUs become the IDs in LotLifter. No plan and no credit card.
What happens, step by step
Create an account
Email or Google. Sign-up is open.
Connect eBay
Sign in to eBay and allow LotLifter to access your account.
We find your store
LotLifter counts your active listings and shows you what it found.
Bring it in — free
One button imports them. Nothing is changed or relisted on eBay.
Put it away
Imported items land in Needs Put Away, ready for storage locations.
What you get after the import
- Your SKUs, kept. Each listing's SKU (eBay's Custom label) becomes its LotLifter ID. A listing without a SKU gets IMP- followed by its eBay item number.
- Problems set aside, not guessed. Duplicate SKUs and multi-variation listings go to Needs Attention for you to look at.
- Managed in one place. Revise and relist the listings you imported from LotLifter — free, with no plan.
- Ready to organize. Everything you imported appears in Needs Put Away. Label the locations you already use and assign items without moving anything.
Keep my eBay inventory in LotLifter
Turn this on and LotLifter keeps bringing in new eBay listings — including ones you create in another tool or on eBay itself — so your inventory in LotLifter stays complete. It checks about every 2 hours, and again whenever you open Needs Put Away. It's free and you can turn it off.
What the import doesn't do
It doesn't change your listings on eBay, doesn't re-price them, and doesn't use any AI listings from a plan. If you want AI suggestions for existing listings later, Optimize Listings does that as a paid option, and you approve every change.
Import questions
Will importing change anything on eBay?
No. Your listings stay live and unchanged. LotLifter reads them; it doesn't edit, end or relist anything during the import.
Do I need to re-SKU my inventory?
No. Your existing SKUs become the LotLifter IDs. Only listings without a SKU get a new one (IMP- plus the eBay item number).
What about listings with variations?
Multi-variation listings aren't imported automatically; they're listed in Needs Attention so you can see them.
Does the import cost anything?
No. Importing and managing your existing eBay inventory is free. Plans are for creating new listings with AI. See pricing.
What about my sold and ended listings?
The import brings in your active listings. New sales come in from eBay as they happen once your account is connected.
See your whole store in one place.
It takes an account, an eBay connection and one button.
