How it works
From a pile on the floor to a shipped order.
LotLifter follows the physical life of an item: it gets photographed, becomes an eBay listing, gets a place on a shelf, sells, gets picked, packed and shipped. Here is each step and what LotLifter does in it.
-
Create your account and connect eBay
Sign up with email or Google, then connect your eBay account. LotLifter looks for your active listings straight away.

-
Bring in what you already sell (free)
If you already have eBay listings, bring them in with one button. Nothing changes on eBay: listings stay live and unchanged, and your SKUs become the LotLifter IDs. Listings that need a look — a duplicate SKU, a multi-variation listing — are set aside in Needs Attention instead of being guessed at.

Tell LotLifter where things are
You don't have to move or relabel anything. Name the boxes, bins, shelves and racks you already use, print a label for each, and mark which items are inside. Anything without a location shows up in Needs Put Away. Running more than one site? Add each warehouse. More on inventory

Photograph new items
On the phone, LotLifter Go walks you through the shots — front, back, tags, flaws, measurements. At a desk, camera stations and phone camera links feed photos into the Pending queue for batch work.
- Make any photo the cover, remove the background to a clean white square, or auto crop.
- Tag and care-tag photos are read by the AI, so brand, size and material come from the label.

-
AI drafts the listing
LotLifter drafts the eBay title, category, item specifics (including size), brand, estimated weight and description from the photos. It fills blanks and leaves anything you typed alone. You choose the condition. When eBay's size rules leave more than one valid answer, LotLifter asks you instead of guessing. More on AI listing
-
Price from sold comps
Each draft gets a suggested price from comparable eBay sold and active listings plus retail prices found elsewhere, shown as Low / Mid / High. Weak evidence is flagged Needs Review. Your pricing defaults (for example, price endings) are applied, and a price you type yourself is never overwritten.
-
Review — nothing goes live without you
Every draft is checked for what eBay requires. Items missing a title, brand, category, price, weight or a required item specific show Missing Info and can't be published until fixed. Work through drafts one after another with the Review Queue on your phone, or in the Pending and Drafts tabs on the desktop.
-
Publish to eBay
Publish to your connected store using your own eBay business policies and description add-on. Later, update live listings or relist ended ones from the same place. On the desktop you can also group ready items into a variation listing or a bundle.

-
Put it away
Scan the location label, scan the item, done. LotLifter Scan works on any phone (or a hardware scanner), with optional named workers and PINs for shared scanners.

It sells: pick, pack, ship
Sales come in from eBay while you work. Pick tells you which location the item is in; Pack confirms you've got the right one. Then compare rates for several orders at once and buy labels on your own ShipStation / ShipEngine account — the ship-to address is checked, you choose the ship-from warehouse, and tracking goes back to eBay.

Know what you made
Record what you paid (split a lot's cost across its items) and see gross revenue, eBay fees, net payout, days to sell, aging inventory and brand and category performance.

What LotLifter doesn't do (yet)
Being straight about it saves you time:
- eBay onlyLotLifter publishes to eBay. Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and other marketplaces are not available.
- No team accountsThere are no user roles yet. Shared scanners can sign in named workers for scanning.
- Ending listingsEnd or delete listings on eBay itself; LotLifter keeps its records in step.
- Your shipping accountLabels are bought on your own ShipStation / ShipEngine account, not through LotLifter.
